We Follow all basic rules of e commerce platform related to Legal compliance, GST Invoice, shipping, tracking, Delivery, Return, Exchange, warranty care, Payment , Refund, Dispute Resolution, etc

Legal Compliance:

we are proprietary company registered under GST Law in state of Maharashtra.

Shipping:

All the order to be packed and shipped within 24-48 hr with registered shipping partner with tracking system. we are accepting online prepaid Fully or Partial Payment, COD orders. All the payment has to clear before Delivery. we generally ship via Xpressbee, Dehlivery courier or DTDC as per convenience.

Return Policy:

We accept return till 14 days from delivery date. Customer has to ensure item in original condition and packed like original in case opened up. Courier company will return pick up after basic quality check. once item arrived to seller , upon quality inspection and confirmation, Refund will be initiated. In case product has no quality defects, seller has right to deduct 10-30 % price from MRP as depreciation cost upon approval from buyer. Please note if box has not opened, full refund will be initiated and all return pick up cost to be bear by seller.

Warranty Care:

All products we sale, has manufacturer warranty coverage as per company rules. so in case of any technical problem, we encourage to contact us in order to process warranty claim further with manufacturer.

Payments:

We accept all types of payment Debit card, credit card, Paytm, COD. we have partnered with Razor Pay payment to execute all secured and safe payment. All refund to be initiated to same bank account which may take couple of days.

Dispute Resolution:

We believe in trust, transparent business transaction. we believe in no dispute what ever the situation. still in case any problem, we will settle it smoothly upon mutual discussion.
